Letter dated 12Aug2013

[Dear family and friends, here is the letter we received from Weston this morning! Let me know if you have any message that you would like me to forward to him! Weston's editor - BWS!] Dear Family, Ah man, what another week down and another right here! The times in Valenica have been grand, I´ll say! With Elder Benton my mission experience has been changing so much and I´m learning so much in this new experience that I have. I don´t even notice that he´s British anymore, though I will admit, my English accent has been improved quite a bit! So the week was good and we´re keeping at it all and right now we´re excited because we have two people who are preparing for baptism right now and they are both solid! One of them actually told us before we started our lesson this past week that he wants to get baptized! Those are my favorite moments! But we´re working hard and also visiting Josef, who really has changed a lot since we first started teaching him. We now meet with him every Thursday and he´s always just so excited to learn more and he´s incredible! We had a special training meeting this past Friday with President and Hermana Pace and it was a very good conference. We discussed a number of changes that are happening in missions world wide and all the things that we need to focus on to become better teachers. We´re finding an incredible amount of new people to teach as a mission right now but now we need to focus on teaching them better and better as we progress as missionaries. Oh, and these pictures include me with Elder Benton when we first met and you can see Elder Wiscombe in the back. The other photo is with Elder Wiscombe and he´s just the best Elder that this mission has! ^_^ [I'll post these pictures on the blog!] I love you all and I hope that you are having a great time in the world!
