Letter dated 10Jul2012

Dear friends and family, Here is the letter we received from Weston a little while ago. As you can see, he has been transferred to Inca, Mallorca -- which is on an island in the Mediterranean Sea! I will be putting pictures in Weston's newly created blog! (See below!) Thank you for your incredible notes for Weston's birthday. As you can tell, he LOVED them. I will see some of you at our Family Reunion this week! I hope you are all well, happy and cool! Weston's editor - BWS] Dear Family, I want you all to know, before you continue reading, that I am brain dead right now, so bear with me. (Yeah, Bears. Beets. Battlestar Galactica.) A BEAR?!?! PWSH!! As I had previously informed you the other day, I have been transferred to Inca, Mallorca. I arrived today but I have to fill you all in right now, just give me a second to get my thoughts put together. Alright. This past Friday (which was my Birthday, thank you for sending all the notes that everyone sent to me! [I was able to send over 50 birthday notes -- thank you EVERYONE!]) I recieved the news that I would be transferred and that my companion, Elder Carlson would be training in Gerona. When we got this news, I didn´t believe it at first because our District Leader had told me two times previously that I was being emergency transferred but he was just lying. This time it was true though and we were both really excited to get ready for this huge change. This past Saturday I was blessed to have taken part in the baptism of our two wonderful friends, Jean and Melky. With Jean, it was Elder Call and I who first met him and we were the first people who introduced the gospel into his life and for that reason he asked me to baptize him. Melky had previously requested that one of the members, our Gospel principles teacher, would be the one to baptize her. From now on, whenever I think of Gerona, I´ll think of each person who touched me and whom I know I touched in some way or another. (MORE TO COME NEXT WEEK, I´M OUT OF TIME) I have started a blog for Weston! The address is: http://bwschindler1.blogspot.com/ I still need to work on it -- but it is finally started! I hope you can visit and -- and become a "follower!" I will be adding some pictures of Weston's new town/Island so you can see where he is living!
